Can I start with just the consultation loop?
Yes. The Safety Feedback plan is a standalone product. You can add the Incident Investigation add-on at any time from your plan settings.
Is the investigation data separate from survey data?
Yes, by design. Survey responses are anonymous and aggregated. Investigation records are named and formal. The two datasets are logically and technically separate — adding the investigation module does not affect how survey anonymity works.
Is Enterprise pricing negotiable?
